The safety and well-being of all guests and collaborators at our events is our top priority. To help protect our guests and collaborators, smrtass productions intends to comply with applicable CDC and state health guidance on preventing the spread of COVID-19 during all smrtass productions-sponsored events.
Please note that, in line with CDC guidance, we ask that individuals who are not “Fully Vaccinated” against COVID-19 to not attend our events. “Fully Vaccinated” means that at least two weeks have passed since your second dose of a two-dose vaccination, or your single dose of a one-dose vaccination. Event participants will be required to wear a face covering and/or socially distance themselves during the event to the extent required by the venue, sponsors of the event, or applicable law, regulation, or ordinance.
Please note that if the event is co-sponsored with other organizations, additional conditions and restrictions imposed by such other organizations may apply. Additional requirements may be implemented as deemed necessary. You may be required to download and use a mobile application in connection with testing and vaccination requirements.
Smrtass Productions and its assigns are not responsible for your personal data shared with the testing provider, event co-sponsors, or other third-parties.
Due to ever changing conditions with COVID-19, our events may be postponed or cancelled to ensure the safety of our guests and collaborators. We will inform you as early as possible should events be postponed or cancelled. While our events are intended to be held in compliance with applicable CDC and state COVID-19 guidance, we cannot guarantee that you will not be exposed to COVID-19 while attending our event. If it is found that a COVID-19 positive individual attended one of our events, we may be required to provide event guest information to applicable governmental authorities for contact tracing purposes.
