Service Description

S.E.L.F., Sovereign, Empowered, Liberated, and Focused. You only get one life – you owe it to yourself to design the one you want. -S.E.L.F. DESIGN, is a multi-week (6), guided self-discovery program aimed to help you discover, optimize, and maximize your vision for self-. Focusing on deep self- reflection, guided questioning, and the use of various self-discovery tools & worksheets, we’ll bring a better version of you to life. Your S.E.L.F. journey also includes weekly (Zoom) calls, midweek check-ins via phone/email, as well as *two (2) 30-minute in-person meetings. Your journey with me culminates with the creation of digital booklet containing YOUR S.E.L.F. DESIGN: a personal mission statement, differentiators, unique selling points, messages, strengths, challenges, and action plan all captured within one handy reference. You don't need to be famous or a brand to be the star of your own show; you just need to be your best self. How may I support you? *Local health/covid mandates permitting.
